The two diagrams depicts the process of manufacturing cement and Concrete.

Cement is prepared using two main ingredients namely limestone and clay, whereas Concrete is prepared by mainly by cement. In total we have 5 stages in cement preparation, whereas only 3 for Concrete preparation. Cement is prepared by crushing limestone and clay together, once the mixer is out , it is introduced to mixer to form a mixture, the third stage is passing the mixture to rotating tube , heat is inserted into the tube. The mixture is then passed to Grinder, this is the final stage in cement manufacturing.Concrete is manufactured by mixing cement(15%),water(10%),sand(25%)and Gravel(50%) in concrete mixer well. The mixture of all four results in Concrete used for construction.
