The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement making process,and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes
The shown diagrams depict on occasional method of making cement and using it to produce concrete for building aims.
In general, the entire procedure can be split into two specific set of stage:one that is production of cement and another one that produce concrete from using cement. The production also involves the utilization of a range of equipments, namely, Crusher, mixer,rotating heater,grinder and concrete mixer.
As for as, the first process demonstrates the production of cement. Firstly, limestone and Clay put into crusher and it turns them to powder. Then the powder is passed mixer and these ingredients are mixed. Following this, mixture is passed into rotating heater which has constant heat applied at one end of the tube. Semi-finished product is ground so as to produce cement. Next bags are filled up with cement.
Regarding the next diagram, concrete consist of mainly gravel which is made up 50% of ingredients. The other materials are sand(25%), water(10%), cement(15%). They are all poured into a concrete mixer which rotates to combine the materials and produce concrete.
