The diagram below shows the steps in the process of manufacturing yogurt

The given pictures detail how yogurt is produced in reality.
Overall, the process consists of a total of 7 distinct steps, beginning with the mixing period and ending with delivery by trucks.
At the initial stage, milk was boiled at 90 C (200 F) and then let it ferment over a 30- minute period. After leaving this main ingredient in a room temperature, yogurt producers continue to use a thermometer to keep the milk mentioned above at about 44 C. Next, live bacteria is added to previous milk to create a mixture for the purpose of fermenting for 4 hours at 100 F.
The fermented mixture experiences a cooling process in a refrigerator to transform uncompleted yogurt from liquid to solid form. To end a manufacturing procedure, yogurt is added sugar and some kinds of fruit depending on consumers' demand. Finally, yogurt comes to consumers' hands in the pattern of small plastic boxes and via shipping to supermarkets and malls by trucks.
