The diagram below shows what an office building looks at present and plans on future development.
The given maps demonstrate the plan of some obvious changes of an office building in the future with the aim to develop further.
Generally, the two outermost sides which are initially full of grass will be received a significant shift: while the left region should be converted to a outdoor sitting area, the right one is going to be modified partly, namely the emergence of WC, coffee machine in the north of this right area and Meeting area in the south.
Regarding the center of this place, we can see that in the north, the WC is previously situated in the northeastern corner, below the storage (before being moved to the outermost sector). Simultaneously, while the storage should be remained unchanged, the Kitchen and Canteen are predicted to be rebuilt for the office field. When we look down a little more, we will see the number of the office room is going to be reduced from 4 to 2 rooms, whereas the area of those rooms will be increased; moreover, the position of them are calculated to be altered (namely the two rooms will share each other in the southwest and southeast corners instead of all 4 rooms next to each other in the southwest corner as present), lead to the shift of Entrance's seat and the size of Reception.
Overall, this building will experience the introduction of new facilities and renovation of existing ones.
