Then after, the fish is kept in a combination of salt water and yellow coloring for feed. Once, the fish is ready for the smoke, then it is packed into the box. Following this, it is freezing at 0 Celsius temperature and held in a cold store. Lastly, it is prepared and distributed by transportation to the fish shop for sale.
