The diagram illustrates the process of making chocolate.
Overall, there are 10 steps to make and the first step is collecting ripe red pods in the cacao trees and the last step is using machines to press cacao powders into liquid chocolate.
First of all, harvest ripe red pods in the cacao trees, which are planted in South America, Africa, Indonesia then use machetes to take white cacao beans inside the ripe red pods. Secondly, put these white beans on banana leaves to ferment before spreading on the ground so the sun can dry. Thirdly, these beans will be put in large sacks and transported by trains or lorries to the factory to manufacture. In addition, these raw cacao beans will be sent in the oven and roasted at a high temperature, which is about 350 degrees then drop cooked beans to the filer machines to remove shells and crush beans. Finally, after being crushed into powders, it will be pressed by inner parts to turn into chocolate liquid.
