The diagram shows how paper clips are produced. Write a full description of the production process.
The diagram gives information about the production of the paper clips. There are four main stages, two of these are checking the quality by modern machine and the others are sorting by hand and packing. It is a combination of manual and automatic processes.
To begin, molten plastic is poured into three different colored molds (red, blue, and yellow). Once these clips are poured and emerged from the molds, a quality machine checks the quality of paper clips for appropriate strengths and if these paper clips are not good enough, they will be rejected.
After that, these clips will be sorted by hand into two specific types of colors, which are mixed and single ones. Then, another stage of checking quality is given to sort the clips for a second time. Moreover, unknown things are also be examined and divided into their suitable groups of things. In the fourth section, these clips are packed and despatched to the markets or directly to the consumers.
