The provided images are illustrating the procedure of making glass aplliance with a particular stracture. In a nutshell, glass material creation is a complex process.
The technology begins with the melting of glass particles in a furnace at 105 degree C. It converts the glass materials into a single hot glass matter, which is then placed in a mould. In the next phase, this hot glass is pressed with a conical shaped metal that turns it into a v shaped things. In the following step, the matter is removed from the mould and placed into another mould, where it is allowed to expose to air, that makes it a round bottomed container. This is followed by heating the container at 482 degree celsius and colling at 25 degree celsius for 60 minutes. At the end of the process, a quality control employee ensures that the product is in a perfect shape and complies with how it should be. Finally, all the glassess that passed the quality control are packed in a carton box for distribution orsell, and the defected ones are rejected to a waste bin.
