Overall It can seen that the major modification work is carried out for the staircase; Whereas, both the entrance remains at their original location.
Firstly, The stairs infront of the entry is now shifted backwords and the internal access doors for the kitchen as well as the living room is eliminated. Further, the pattern of staircase is also changed and therefore the space for hall is now undertaken for the stairs, with that the storage provided under it is also removed. Secondly, the partition wall in between the living room and staircase passage is dismantled and the designer has tried to provide more space for the latter room.
On the other hand, previously there were no furniture in the kitchen but in the updated plan all the necessary furniture is added. Also, the double door is added near the main entrance. Lastly, the inside wall adjacent to the staircase is also modified.
