The given diagrams illustrate the process of cement production and how concrete is produced. It can be clearly seen that the cement production comprises from four stages. While the producing of concrete consists of two stages.
According to the first diagram which explains the stages of cement’s formation. In the first stage, the clay is mixed with limestone to produce the powder by the crusher. After that, the powder exposes to the heat inside rotating heater to turn into the grinder. Likewise, in the last stage, the grinder forms cement which transfers to bags.
When it comes to the second diagram which gives information about the production of concrete. In the first stage inside the cement mixer which mixed the water, cement, sand, and gravel by rates 10%, 15%, 25%, 50% respectively to form small stones.
To sum up, it is worth to note the cement considering the input for forming small stones.
