Obviously, parents spent more money on children's sports over 6 years, as for the number of participants, football is more popular than atheletics and swimming.
In 2008, parents spent 20 pounds per month in their children's sports. Parents spent more money in the next 6 years, and in 2014 it reached 30 pounds per month.
Look at the participants. In 2008, there were 8 millions of children played football, and only 2 millions of children enrolled in swimming, with less than 1 million of children who joined athletics. In the next 6 years, the number of football players remained steady, whereas the number of swimming was doubled to 4 million, and the participants of atheletics almost five times than 2008.
