The figure depicts information about the various means of transportation preferred by the computers to travel to and from their job of a European city in Percentage in 1960, 1980 and 2000.
In an overview, it can be noticed that, peoole preffered private mode of transportation more in later year as oppose to the public vehicles.
As can be depicted from the figurevthat car which was the least used vehicle in the initial year rocketed from around 6 percent to 38 percent in the final year. Similarly erratic trend can be seen in case of train, which was around 18% in 1960 , it reached at its peak level of 28% in 2000 and declined slowly at around 22% in 1980.
On the other hand, bus, which was the most preffered means for traveling in 1960 slumped from about 39% to 15% in 2000, a decrease of about 24% in 40 years.As for tube, the trend remained almost constant at about 22% in the given period of time.
