The graphs illustrate about computer ownership as the percentage of population between the years 2002 and 2010, and by level of education for only two years; 2002 and 2010.

From the data given in the first bar graph it can be seen that the computer ownership was almost 55 percentage in the year 2002. The share of population owning computer is constantly increasing over the period of time. In 2010 almost three quarter people possess computer.

The second bar graph shows computer ownership by education level in the years 2002 and 2010. The number of people possessing computer increased in general irrespective of their education level. The most significant rise is seen in people without high school diploma from mere 15 percentage in 2002 to almost 40 percentage in 2010. The percentages of people owning computers with a high school graduate degree, incomplete college, bachelor's degree and post graduate degree also rose from 40, 55, 70 and 80 to 65, 85, 90 and 95 respectively.

To conclude it can be said that the number of computer owners increased over the period of eight years. The rise of percentage is most in people with no high school diploma. This increase in percentage reduces with the people with higher education degrees.

The given bar graph compares the proportions of people who owned computers in years 2002 and 2010. The data has been measured in percentage, and people have been classified in accordance to their level of education.

The figures make it obvious that during the given years, the more people were educated, more they were likely to have their own computers. Moreover, there had been an increase in the number of people with the possession of computers over the given years.

To be more specific,  pupils with no high school diploma owned least computers. Their percentage, in years 2002 and 2010, was almost 13% and 38% respectively. High school graduates, relatively, had more computers with the figures 35% and 73% in years 2002 and 2010. Clearly, more than 50% and 80% ownership was shown by college students while those with a bachelor's degree turned out to be roughly 70% and 80%. The number of postgraduates remained at the peak during the entire given period of time.
