The line graph illustrates the rates of salaries growth over a period of ten years between 1993 and 2003. Overall, as can be seen from the graph that salaries growth rate fluctuates throughout the period, and the rate are similar when it is in 1993 and in 2003.
The figure experienced a sharp increase between the year 1993 and 1994 and then it was followed by decreasing in the middle of the year 1995 to 1 per cent growth. However, it reached its peak at 6 per cent in 1998 before fluctuating until 2003. Starting from 1998, the rate dropped dramatically twofold and then rose slightly by 2000. Over the next two years, the rate dropped again to 1 per cent. It, finally, went up twofold at the end of the period.
