The line graph depicts the weekly consumption of four different meat in Europe country from 1979 to 2004. The units are given in grams.

Overall, it can be manifested that intake of almost all meats declined during 25 years except chicken.

To begin with, in the initial period the consumption of meat was highest around 250 grams after that it declines drastically in the year between 1979and 1984. Then beef dropped continually and reached at 100 grams per person per week. However, the consumption of fish is least consume among all other three types of meat. In 1979 it was just 60 grams in the former year and after 5-year it's level dropped at 50 grams, it remains stable up to the year 2001 the at the end decreased slightly.

Furthermore, chicken and lamb consumption had the same ratio in the starting period of about 150 grams in 1979. The grams of Lamb then dramatically plugged over 50 in the year 2004. In contrast, although the consumption of chicken was lowest than Beef, it augmented and reached at peak level in 2004.
