Marking 80%, men Icelanders have the maximum percentage, while men from Australia are housed at the last level with 70%. Thus, the rate of discrepancy is not eye-catching. In contrast, women are less involved in professional activities in the year 1995. However, the rate of men's financial integrity maintains its leadership. To elaborate more, the numbers reveal the within sharp contrast rate of the male and female from Australia as well as both gender from Iceland. Since in both countries male gender occupied almost around 40% to 50% job opportunities more than female in both years.
