The given line graph illustrates the number of inquiries that the Tourist Information Office has received from January to June in 2011.
It is noticeable that enquiring in person is by far the most common of the three types of request forms for the majority of 6 month period. Also, except for letters or emails, which tended to drop by time, the other types had a dramatic increase.
In the first months, most people tended to give the requirement through telephone which had approximately 810 phone calls to the Office. Following by, the Tourist Information Office received roughly 780 letters which were almost 2 times higher than in person.
During the six-month period, the number of letters or emails received plummeted in popularity to under 400 in May and stayed remain by the final month. Meeting in person became the most popular way with a considerable rise and reaching a peak with 1820 people. The number of enquiries was sent by telephone was 200 lower than face-to-face, at 1600.
