The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The given line graph below illustrate the large number of enquiries which were supplied by the Tourist Information Office from three different sources between January and June in 2011.
In general, it can be seen that the great deal of enquiries given by both leatter/ email and in person experienced a significant increase while the figure for by telephone decreased substaintally.
To begin with, in January, despite starting at the lowest point of above 400, the number of enquiries received in person experienced a gradual increase and ranked the first position to nearly 2000 in the end of the period surveyd. Besides, the Tourist Information Office was given about nearly 800 enquiries by letter and email in the first month, followed by a substaintal fall to under 400 enquiries in both May and June. Meanwhile, in January, after seeing a fluctuation from 900 to 1000 equiries between January and March, the figure for by telephone remained the same number in April, followed by a significant increase gaining the second position of 1600 in June.
