Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the number of enquiries received directly and via telephone saw an upward trend, while letter or email had a reverse pattern. Also, it is noticeable that in January, the in-person enquiries were the least, but this figure climbed up and surpassed the others at the end of the period.
Looking at the graph in details, one can see that in the first three months, there was a fluctuation of questions by telephone. After that, it leveled off at 1000 before went up and reached the highest point at 1400 in June. As for in-person queries, the trend was similar. Starting at the lowest at just over 400, but then, the significant growth was recorded over the given period and peaked at roughly 1900 enquiries.
By contrast, letter or email went in the opposite direction. After remaining stable at around 700 from January to March, the queries experienced a sharp fall at under 400 in May, which equaled to the first month of in person, then the figure stayed constant until June.
