The graph indicates the number of visitors visiting a Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.

It is clear that the total number of tourists to a Caribbean island increased considerably over 7 years. Overall, more visitors book cruise ships to stay than on the island in the past.

In 2010, the percentage of visitors staying on the island was around 80 per cent of the total and was double that of staying on cruise ships. The figures of visitors accommodating on the island continued to rise up to 1,5 million people in 2015 and was higher than that on cruise ships. However, the number of visitors who are passionate about staying on cruise ships rose dramatically to about 1,8 million people in the middle of 2015. The figure was equal to the number of visitors adore staying on the island. Afterwards, the number of visitors staying on cruise ships grew sharply to 2 million people, and higher than 1,5 million visitors staying on the island in 2017.

The total number of visitors visiting the island rose stable from 1 million to over 2,5 million between 2010 and 2015. However, the figures were stable at over 2,5 million in 2016. Afterwards, visitors to the island in 2017 considerably increased up to 3,5 million, which was triple in 2010.
