The two line graphs below illustrates, value of fuel exported in million dollar and compares this with that of food and manufacturing goods of a country, over a five-year period from 2000 to 2005.
Overall, worth of fuel exported rocketed in later years, but, if, compared with other commodities it decreased drastically. On the other hand, value of manufactured goods and food remained quite stable.
Value of food exported started at 300000 million dollars and reduced by 150000 million dollars to hit a low in 2002. After this point, a tremendous rise was observed in the value exported till 2005, as the value reached peak of 450000 million dollars. Nevertheless, when, compared with the other commodities value of fuel decreased at a constant rate from over 40000million dollar to below manufactured goods.
Worth of food exported remained constant through-out with nearly 5000 million dollars in 2000 and 2005. Whereas, manufactured goods that started somewhere in between food and fuel at 15000 million dollars increased over a given period to reach to 2000 million dollars.
