The given line graph is illustrating the yearly overall consumer expeneses over cell phones versas land phone servicess during the period between 2001 to 2010. In general there were reverse situation observed where use of cell phone increased stedily while land phone services declined simultaneously.

In 2001, expenses over cell phone was around 200$ where land phone services strongly domintated the telephone market sharing 700$ annual expense. From the beginning of the given time frame, the opposit trend was continued until the end of the period. Use of cell phone rose sharply over the next year reaching 300$ yearly overall expense in 2002 and home phone services lost on an average of 50$ that brough the amount to 650$ in the same year. Though, for the next year, growth of expenses over cell phone declined heavily, from 2003 it's market share started to rise again in a full swing which continued until 2010.

However, the expenses on home phones continued to fall similarly ever year which ultimately crossed down the mobiile phone use in 2006, when annual expenses for both types of phone service were around 550$. In fact, the fall of the expenditures over home phone services continued until it dropped to 400$ yearly. On the other hand, expenses on the cell phones went up steadily every year and reached to 750$ inn 2010.
