Overall, the Saturday sales of Beme’s Buns generally exceeded that of Lovely Loaves during the year in question. Another outstanding feature is that both bakeries were the most popular for the sales of doughnuts.

When it comes to Beme’s Buns’s average Saturday sales, it is evident that doughnuts were the most common, which were higher than the sales of cookies by a margin of 20 items. This was followed by cakes’ sales, with 100 items. Coming third and fourth were the sales of rolls and salads, with 78 and 62 items respectively. The figures for fresh loaves and sandwiches which were sold on Saturday were considerably lower, being 40 and 23 items.

The figure for the Saturday sales in Lovely Loaves was relatively lower than that of Beme’s Buns. Similar to the latter, the sales of doughnuts in the former came to the top of the list. There were 120 items. Numbering 78, the sales of cakes occupied second place, followed by cookies’ sales, with approximately 69 items.
