The process of olive oil production begins with the selected picking of good quality olives from the orchards. These freshly plucked olives are rinsed, which is carried out using cold water and mounted on the conveyor belt; this belt acts as the bridge towards the third step: smashing. Smashing produces olive paste and a wasteful by-product of olive stones, which are discarded.

The olive paste is bagged using perforated sacs to maintain aeration and further processed for pressing. The pressed product is a combination of oil and water, which is subjected to separation. The oil is filtered out from the water, which is yet another useless by-product. The final step involves the storage of the purified oil and subsequent introduction into the supermarkets, where they are sold at the manufacturing price.
