I am writing this considered letter to appreciate your all hard work for the arrangement of festival of last year and make a contract for a new annual festival.
Starting with the previous festival, you arranged last year, I was satisfied and impressed by the services and arrangements. As a I remember the festival has taken place in Halloween, therefore it was a dark and Halloween themed festival. Moreoverl, people did not have to purchase costumes because you already provided high quality costumes with 50% discount.
When it comes to this year’s festival, there are some factors that I would like to point out. Firstly, in contrast to previous festival, this one is supposed to be celebration of upcoming Nevruz which is traditional holiday and celebration of spring season in Azerbaijan. For this reason, it would be fascinating if you could put artificial fire which would allow people to stay
in holiday mood. Secondly, you could include small cafes that sell baklava which is the main symbol of Nevruz.
As a final point, there are a few tasks that I have already finished. To start, I have already made an agreement with an advertisement company, and they will create a high quality and attractive ads to notify people about the special event. In addition, recently launched small company will sponsor us to afford all the expenses.
