Overall, the average temperature of the two cities in New Zealand is in contrast to the two cities of the United Kingdom. Although the temperature of United Kingdom is lower than New Zealand.
Looking at the details, both countries of New Zealand have warm temperatures in January and February. The temperature of these two months ranges from 23 degrees Celsius to 24 degrees Celsius. However, both countries experienced a drop in temperature in June and July. In Auckland the lowest temperature was 15 degrees Celsius while in Edinburgh the number decreased slightly to 11 degrees Celsius.
By contrast, the temperature of the two countries in the United Kingdom went in the opposite direction. During January and February in these two countries, the temperature drops to 5 degrees Celsius. However, by July-August, this number is surprisingly high with the temperature from 17 degrees Celsius to 21 degrees Celsius and it returns to the original temperature in the last months of the year.
