The provided line graph illustrates the information about the population density, natality and mortality rate of England and Wales during three centuries. In general, it is clearly apparent that the figures of population showed an upward trend while both birth and death rate identically followed a fluctuate pattern.
Looking in more detail from the chart, in 1700, the total of inhabitants in England and Wales counted at around 2.5 millions of people with the birth and death rate at 30 and 27 per 1000 people. In the next fifty years all the parameters increased by 7.5 millions people for inhabitants and by 10 per 1000 people for both birth and death rate. Indistinguishably, during 1750 to 1800, all the parameters reported to be unchanged. However, after that, the number of population started to raised dramatically up to 50 millions people in 2000. On the other hand, the figures of those who passed away declined gradually at 20 per mil people although there were two plateaus during 1850 to 1900 and 1950 to 2000. Similar but not identical pattern also found in the number of born rate. However, the rate of babies delivered were jump considerably by 10 per mil people from 1950 to 2000.
