The line graph shows the percentage of people accessing news from 4 sources.
Given is the line graph delineating the rate of people connecting news from 4 different devices, namely TV, newspaper, radio and internet over a course of time, commencing from 1995 to 2020 and giving projections for the year 2025.
It is predicted that netizents continuously leaps in rate to 2025, while the contrast is true for that of three remaining types of sources.
In some past years from 1995 to 2020, the rate of TV users plummeted from 70% to 59%, despite a slight upswing in 2010, it however still had the highest rate of people accessing. Newspapers and radio news-approaches shared a similar deflating trend when they contracted in percentage from 58% to approximately 30% for the former and from from 51% to roughly 21% for the latter. When it comes to the internet, before 1995, none of the people used the internet to access the news but from 2000 to 2020, that percentage of users proliferated to 40%.
It is envisioned that in 2025, the internet has by far the highest proportion of users with 56%, followed by that of TV with 50%. It seems that newspapers and radio are no longer popular in the future, only 30% and 21% registered in sequence.
