The given picture illustrates how to making bread in detail stages
Overall, it is noticeable from the diagram that there are five main stages in process of producing bread, beginning with preparing yeast step and ending with baking shape loaves.
At the first stages of making bread, yeast is activated by mixing with warn water and sugar in a vessel, then these mixture and adding water are put into the pot which had contained flour and salt available. it is called dough which is kneaded during a period of 10 minutes to create a smooth and shiny blend. after that, the mixture is left to rise in warm place from one to three hours.
Following that, the mixture is punched down to release air and is kneaded few minutes. shape loaves are created and are baked into the oven about 10 to 15 minutes at 200 celsius degree. And bread loaves are made after through oven.
