The school in the south will also be rebuilt into a bigger one. the park at the end of the road at present will be narrowed, enabled places for infrastructure.
In the planned development, more houses will be provided for the residence of the town, including the old ones near the school and new houses next to the park. Housing in the center of the town will be moved to the south-west area and new housing will be constructed at the entrance into the town, in the north-east.
Shops, then, will be moved to the south, enabled space for the pedestrian road. The current shops in the north will be rebuilt into three blocks, including a shopping center, a bus station, and a car park.
