The diagrams illustrate how Happy Valley Shopping Center has developed since 1982 when it was built.
Overall, once parking lot has been built to the left-hand bottom corner of the area, there were subtle changes inside the building apart from the morphing the place of a furniture store into a new and bigger one.
In 1982, the two stored building was located to the right of a lake and surrounded by trees and this building has been expanded over 3 decades. Moreover, coffee shop has been replaced to a themed restaurant, while its and other stores’ locations have been altered. Three parts of the building, however, a toilet, elevator and entertainment area have not faced the changes, but lobby area has been come into entrance.
Outside of the building has changed a lot be it a parking area or disappearing of path and cutting down a small part of the trees. Path, for instance, has been destroyed and the trees that were situated to the bottom-left of shopping center were cut. As a result of this change, parking lot has been built there for consumers.
