The given pictures illustrate the ideal process for making ketchup. There are 15 steps with distinct uses from selecting vegetables at farms to serving to consumers.
At first, tomatoes are ready to be harvested and then an enormous amount is picked by the workers. After being put in the basket and brought to the farm, the tomatoes are carefully selected to manage the number of quality ones. Farmers use professional tools to remove the stalk and skin from the tomatoes in terms of making the liquid smoother. Then the tomatoes are contained in many big cans to be moved to the other workplace.
The containers of tomatoes are then crushed by machines with tons of pressure before adding some ingredients such as sugar, vinegar, and salt. The ideal mixtures are boiled on fire, then workers let them cool down for around two hours. The following step is that the workers pour the mixture into many prepared glass bottles. After which the bottles of ketchup are gradually labeled, high technology machines are used to double-check the ketchup’s quality. Subsequently, well-performed bottles of ketchup are packed into boxes and brought to markets. Finally, people can be served good quality ketchup in daily meals.
