The diagram explains the way in which tomato ketchup is produced. There are 15 stages in the diagram from tomatoes to putting nice ketchup on hamburger and fries.
The ketchup making process starts here where tomatoes are picked from the plant and put in baskets. Once the tomatoes have been taken in baskets, they are sorted good and bad in order to reach good quality of the product. After being sorted the tomatoes loaded onto lorries and then transported to the factory where tomatoes are cleaned from stalks, seeds and skins. After the cleaning stage the tomatoes are put in the container in order to crush and liquefy them. During the liquefying stage , three ingredients which are suger, vinegar and salt are poured into it. Once they have been mixed up together, the tomato liquid is boiled upon fire. Having been left in the container for two hours for cooling, the ready ketchup is poured into bottles. After that the adhesive label is pressed on the front of the battle then bottled ketchup faced with quality control. Then it is off the packing, the shipping process starts here. The box of bottled ketchup is loaded onto lorry and transported to the supermarket. The final step is that people enjoy the combination taste of ketchup and hamburger.
