The diagram illustrates the process by which wasted glass bottles are recycled.
Overall, It consists of three stages, starting with the input of used glass bottles and ending with the finished product transported to the supermarket for consumption.
At the first stage in the process, the used bottles are dispatched to collection points. After that, they are conveyed by the transport vehicle to the recycling facility.
In the subsequent stage, the high-pressure water cleans the bottles. Color classification is the next step before breaking it into small glass pieces in the glass factory. Next, the glass cullet is heated in the furnace, where can vary in temperature from 600 to reach 800 degrees Celsius to be transformed into the liquid state. From this, it and new liquid glass are put in the mould to make bottles well-shaped.
At the last stage, the empty bottles are filled and are distributed to the supermarket for sale.
