Starting with industrial sector, the highest consumption of water is only in the North America and Europe, accounting for 48% and 53% respectively, while South America, Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia are considered to have less usage of water, the percentage of using water in these countries is below 15%. Coming to Agriculture, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America all these four nations are the largest water consumer, whereas Europe and North America have an almost similar and the least consumption of water.
Turning to the domestic section, the highest percentage of using water can be observed in North America, South America, and Europe. On the other hand side, Africa, Central Asia, and South East Asia all these three countries require less water for household purposes, and less than 10% of water is used in these countries.
Overall, the demand for using water is the highest only in the industrial sector, whilst the domestic division is lower than others.
