Some people think that some types of criminals should not go to prison. Instead they should do unpaid work in the community. To what extent do you agree?
Owing to the problem of what should we do with the malefactors caused a huge division in society, some people rekcon that the key to solve this problem is by forcing them to do unpaid work in the folk. In my opinion, I do not agree the above statement due to some reasons.
Firstly, the crime rate in all the countries is increasing dramatically nowadays.
There are alof of factors that leads to the inclined rate of the crimes. One of the factors is people doing drugs and drinking alcohol and that's because of some mental issues they have or even some family drama ,so the authorities should punch them for the reckless things they did.
Secondly, after thinking of another factor for the increasing of the crimes, I believe that the poverty is one of the reasons why.
Poor people has risen up in the past recent years which has an enormous impact on the rise of the criminals among society. Consequently, the individuals especially younger generation is more likely to steal and rob.
To sum up, people involve in such vigorous acts should be kept in prison. They should feel guilty of what they did, other wise the negative issues in the society will be increasing.
