Some psychologist recommend that it is important to overcome stress by spending time do nothing to what extend do you agree or disagree?
Few of psychologists suggested that it’s very essential to release your stress by doing nothing. In my opinion, while I agree that people should spend some time at their home with friends and family to reducing their stress.
Firstly, stress is the most dangerous and widely spread disease was found over the last decades. Moreover, small number of people holds the opinion that hard-working brings you reach at a peak while other think to set daily routine for all the things, Moreover, mostly people get rid by their work to finish as soon as possible, and start another work to demonstrate their productivity in office or strive to attain something, meanwhile a kind of people has always aggressive attitude by virtue of work over load that eventually deteriorating their health and personal lives.
However, on this situation people ought to go for the rest and spend some time to releasing their stress by doing so many things such as, holidays with family, visit relative’s houses, sports with colleagues and so many other things as desire. In addition, an employee is asset of the organization which plays a vital role among the organization hence employees must be catered by their managers.
In conclusion, people ought to do social activities that is the dire necessity of any human being as well as consider on health, these measures can counteract the causes of stress.
