The chart shows 7 different steps of manufacturing bricks. As we can see a brick making process takes some time and effort to produce the final product.
In the first step, the digger is used to dug fine clay and then it is poured on a metal grid. After that, the grid transfers clay to a roller that takes the raw material to another place. Then it is mixed with water and sand to create a pulp form of clay. In the next step, it is then put in to either the wire cutter or mould to produce brick shaped pieces.
Subsequently, it is then locked in a drying oven for almost 24-48 hours to dry them out. During the next stage, the dried bricks heated in a moderate temperature of 200 - 980 degree Celsius followed by moving them to a high temperature environment of 870 - 1300 degree celsius. This will make bricks more hard and then the bricks are transferred in to a cooling chamber for about 48 - 72 hours. In the final stage the bricks get packed and delivered to the appropriate destinations.
