The table below gives information about values (NZ$) of the exports of kiwi fruit from New Zealand to five countries between 2010 and 2012.
The table illustrates how much New Zealand earned from exporting kiwi fruit to five various nations from 2010 to 2012.
Overall, while the value of export to Japan, China, and Russia followed an upward trend, the opposite was true for Mexico and Saudi Arabia. Also, of the five kiwi fruit importing countries, Japan was by far the largest one.
Looking at the table in more detail, we can see that the amount of money New Zealand earned from exporting kiwi fruit to Japan was over 271 million dollars, compared with nearly 75 million dollars and 968, 000 dollars of China and Russia, respectively. 2 years later, the value of export to Japan gradually grew to 325, 300, 000 dollars, the highest figure shown on the table, much higher than that of China with 94 million dollars and Russia with 2, 404, 000 dollars.
Turning to the other countries, in 2010, the amount of money New Zealand earned from Mexico and Saudi Arabia were much lower compared to those of the other three countries, ranging from nearly 300, 000 dollars to 6 million dollars. Over the following 2 years, these figures witnessed a decreasing fluctuation to 3, 300, 000 dollars of Mexico and 82 thousand dollars of Saudi Arabia.
