It ís noticeable that in the average income per person is the highest the percent age of poor people in california. Utal ranks the first in population under 18 at 28 percent. Following by california at 16 percent. On the contrary, the proportion of people over 60 in florida is the highest at 23 percent which is almost 4 times higher than that in untal. The group of people over 60 years old accounts 13 percent in california states
In term of per capita income, california is the states which highest average income per person (23000 dollars) it stading after it is florida with 22000 dollars and utal at 17000 dollars. However population below poverty line account for 16 percent, which is the largest in camparision with the other states florida and california at 9 percent and 12 percent
