The table and the charts provide information regarding the number of people who visited Ashdown Museum as well as the assessments of them about the quality of Museum in the year before and the year after it was innovated.
It is obvious that there was an upward trend of the figure for visitors in this place during two periods. Moreover, the rate of positive feedbacks rapidly increased with an impressive number.
To be specific, Ashdown Museum used to have only 74000 guests in the prior year it was redecorated. However, when the quality of this palace improved, there was a significant increase in the number of visitors, which peaked at 92000. It was a remarkable figure for a museum. In addition, rising guests came along with positive feedbacks. To illustrate, the proportion of satisfied comments dramatically jumped to 75% in the year after, with 35% of very satisfied replies and 40% of satisfied replies. This is a clear evidence that the quality of Museum's service considerably developed.
In contrast, the figure for bad feedbacks decreased by 5%, which was about 10% in the year before and came down to 5% in the year after. Besides, there still was a small number a people, who did not give any replies regarding the quality of Museum' services (about 5%).
