Compared to the USA, the amount of money provided by the European nations and other countries was a small number. In 2006, both nations donated 3.3 billion and 2.7 billion, unlikely changing in the next following two-year. Then, the donation of European nations and other countries saw a small decreased in 2009. The former reduced by 0.1 billion, while the latter was half of one billion. In the last reported year, both nations increased their aids by 0,3 billion and 0.9 billion respectively.</span><br>
