Essay topics:

The table shows the cost of water in 5 cities in Australia. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.

The chart illustrates the water price in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney city of Australia.

Overall, the price and the average bill per household have a notable difference from 5 cities. A few of those cities have higher costs for the usage of over 125 KL of water.
First off, for the usage change per kiloliter under 125 KL, Adelaide and Perth city have the lowest cost of water 0.42 $, which is the same in both cities. However, if the usage is over this figure, the cost grows up to 1$ and 1.5 $ respectively.

The highest of those is Sydney capital city, where citizens have to pay approximately 1 $ per kiloliter of water, but it stays stable even though the usage is over 125 KL. The same picture can be seen in Melbourne city, where the cost of water is 0.78 $. In the last city, Brisbane’s citizens have to pay 0.81$ per kiloliter of water and add 0.03 $ per kiloliter if they consume over 125 KL.

The average bill per household of these cities ranked in order from lowest to highest is Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Perth with 253, 310, 312, 319 and 332$ respectively.
