Task 1: The maps below show the center of a small town called Berkshire as it is now, and plans for its development. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagrams illustrate a minor central region of Berkshire, including its current and potential plans regarding development. Overall, the number of houses and roadways are expected to increase along with replacement of certain amenities existing currently.
Towards the east of McGoldrick road, the major changes will include replacement of shops in south-east with construction of more quantity of houses, along with two roads and a roundabout, that is to be build surrounding these houses. The proportion of houses will double by future. Additionally, the Farmer’s market and Griffiths farms around Corbie Road in the north will be demolished, and in exchange a supermarket will be constructed at the western corner of this road. Moreover, in place of Hoolahan farms between That street and McGoldrick road, a car park adjoining these roads will be created. Consequently, a sports center will be made in the open field area. However, all the current roads and streets, the public park, and the tree around it will remain unaltered.
