Overall, the trends of the amounts of employed women in these four surveyed countries was changing noticeably from 1985 to 2005 specially those in Afghanistan and France. Expect Afghanistan, the percentages of woman who have job in three other mentioned countries all increased at the last years of the period compared with the first surveyed years.
Looking at the details, in the USA, the amounts of women who were employed were rising gradually from just more than 40% to around 65% through the period of 15 years started from 1985. After this significant increase, this proportions seen a unnoticeable drop in the last 5 years of the mentioned period. Korea was the country which had the changing of amounts of female employees almostly similar with America. However, the percentages of women who have job in Korea started with just nearly above 20% and then grow widely to exactly 40% after 20 years.
More specifically, after the inconsiderable fall in the amounts of women who were employed in France in the first 5 years of the surveyed period, the proportions of female labor in this country rose significantly from just more than 30% in 1990 to around 55% in 2005. Unlike others, Afghanistan was the country whose percentages of female employees plummeted suddenly in the last five mentioned years (from 40% to nearly 0%). However before this considerable decrease, the amounts of woman who have job in this nation had increased marginally from more than 30% to 40%.
