Task 1
The table below gives information on consumer spending on different items in five different countries in 2002.
The chart illustrates spending money on three different items in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey during 2002. Turkey had a high percentage in food, drinks, tobacco, leisure, and education, while Sweden dominated a low percentage in two items for the percentage of consumer spending in five different countries in 2002.
A high percentage in food, drinks, tobacco, and education was placed by Turkey to around 32.14 per cent and 4.35 per cent respectively. Afterward, it followed by Ireland country about 28.91 per cent for food, drinks, and tobacco. Then, 18.80 % for food, drinks, and tobacco was represented for Spain country during 2002.
Sweden had the lowest percentage in two items (food, drinks, and tobacco were 15.77 % and clothing and footwear were 5.40 % respectively), whereas it had the percentage of leisure and education item as the second level at 3.22 per cent for spending money in three items during 2002.
