For buying furniture and equipment, they used 15% of the money in 1981 while spending 10% lower by 1991 but surprisingly invested up to 23% by 2001.
Books resources money accounted for 15% total spending and was the same proportion as the furniture and equipment’s at the same time by 1981 then it went up to 20% in 1991 but fell significantly to 9% by 2001. The portion of other another worker’s salaries decreased continuously over those 3 years that was 28% in 1981 and went down to 22% in 1991 and ended up with 15% in 2001.
