Topic: The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
The first diagram gives information about how to manufacture cement, while the other illustrates the method of producing concrete from cement elements.
In general, there are five steps in order to create finished cement, using limestone and clay as the two main components, while concrete was produced through the process of mixing four ingredients.
Looking at the production cement process, to start with, limestone and clay are put into a crusher machine to form powder (tạo thành bột). Then, this powder is blended before being passed to the rotating heater machine. In this stage, the mixture is revolved at a high temperature so as to become liquid condense form. In the following stage, the mixture is ground by a grinder machine to produce cement. The process finishes with packaging finishes cement into bags.
Turning to the manufacturing of concrete, this process involves four components, including 15% cement, one in ten water, nearly a quarter of sand, and a half of gravel are poured into a concrete mixer. This equipment rotates at a high speed to blend the materials inside together. The finished concrete made from this process is then utilized for construction purposes.
