In 2007, there were six bus stops and a car park near the city hospital. At the south of the city hospital and connected between it and the City Road, the Hospital Road had 3 bus stops on each side. Those 3 bus stops on the east side of the road were connected with the car park, whose entrance was at the south-east of the Ring Road. The car park was set for both staffs and the public.
In 2010, there were 2 roundabouts separately connecting the Ring Road with the Hospital Road and the Hospital Road with the City Road. A bus station was set at the west of the Hospital Road with 2 roads connected to the roundabouts. There were 2 car parks. One was for staffs only, which was at the east of the Hospital Road and its entrance was at the south-east of the Ring Road. The other was for public, which was located at the east of the city hospital with its entrance at the same direction of the Ring Road.
In the two maps of 2007 and 2010, there were same general structure but different facilities and place settings. For public transportation, 6 bus stops were set on the two sides of the Hospital Road in 2007 while in 2010, they became a separated bus station set at the west of the road. In 2007, there was only one car park for both staffs and the public while in 2010, there were 2 car parks, one for the staffs and the other for the public.
