Write a narrative essay about an object gift souvenir possesion that is meaningful to you

Essay topics:

Write a narrative essay about an object (gift/souvenir/possesion...) that is meaningful to you.

When I was 2 years old, I had received a small, cute present, which I never thought it would be a precious, long-lasting one for being with me and helping me through my childhood.

Since I was too little to have any consciousness, I had asked my dad about what happened on that day. It was a sunny day with the sun was nearly on top of our heads, everything come up at my house. First, I got out of bed, ate breakfast like every single day, but I had never known it would turn out to be a remarkable day with the most dangerous experience as being a little 2-year-old girl. My dad prepared tools, and I did not know why he had the courage to piercing my ears by himself, at home, not at any hospital or credible places. After that, I was such a crybaby for quite a long, while everyone in my family was just laughing at me and they had to pat me on the back and distracted me by pointing something from far away.

Don't get yourself being thrived away, the present here is a pair of silver earrings made by my dad, who was a silversmith, just right the time he knew I was a girl. It was a small round earring with a little ball swinging the circle, it was such a simple but pretty one that everyone complimented and even asked me where to buy it. He did think of what size when wearing it not too big for a little girl but not too small for a grown-up one, this made me surprised when noticing all the time back then till now. And when I realized, it had been with me for 19 years helping me been through all big milestones, and sometimes it was kinda fun to play with.

Everything cannot be told its full meaning but the one who most attached to know it best. I am being proud of having this earring and really appreciate my dad's work, with his underlying love and efforts making it priceless.
